Our owners/operators, Gene and Heidi Pehrson, had busy careers before opening SERVPRO of Bemidji, Grand Rapids & Hibbing in 2011; Gene was a general contractor, and Heidi was a nurse. Instead of retiring to a warm climate, Gene and Heidi turned their meticulous attention to detail and community-minded focus to providing excellent, reliable property restoration services to their fellow Northern Minnesotans.

As Heidi explains:
